Josie staying for the weekend

My son’s girlfriend is staying for the weekend.  She was supposed to go back home today, but it got delayed, much to Eric’s delight.  She’s a good girl.  I like her.

My shoulder hurts.  I have taken painkillers yet, it hasn’t helped.  Widget is upstairs with me in the office occasionally playing with the cat.    I probably wenched it when Widget ran away this morning.  He had a good time running around the nieghborhood for a good hour before I cought him.  Now he’s being all lovie dovie towards me, despite growlling at me all the way home.

The snow is finally melting….. but we are due for some more tomorrow.

on Wendesdays, I sleep

I work nights. five days a week. so I try my best to get some sleep on wendesdays before my work nights. It is a hassle, for I never get enough sleep to prepare myself.  So, it is off to bed for me.  I hope to at least get about five hours of sleep today.  I am tired enough to sleep…… hopefully.
